Power BI
Microsoft Power BI is a data analysis solution from Microsoft. It helps create custom, interactive data visualizations with an interface simple enough for end users to create their own reports and dashboards. It allows you to collect, construct and display data through indicators. Its ergonomics then makes it possible to host interactive presentations which will help in decision-making. Multiple data sources can be used such as Excel files, SQL sources, or local or cloud hybrid data warehouses.
ER provides 5 days of practical training. At the end of the training, participants are able to:
- Analyze raw data.
- Sort, organize and transform data.
- Model data.
- Create a dashboard with several axes of analysis
- Sort and transform data with the advanced features of POWER QUERY M and DATAFLOW.
- Create complex queries and calculations in DAX.
- Model data and integrate personalized community DATAVIZ.
- Create and deploy reports and dashboards with several axes of analysis.

KoboToobox
Kobo Toolbox is an open-source platform for the collection, management, and visualization of data. As the most widely used primary data collection tool in the nonprofit sector, it is the tool of choice for over 14,000 social impact organizations worldwide. KoboToolbox is an intuitive application, designed for offline use and for inexpensive mobile devices, compatible with the XLSForm standard and ODK XForms, making it easy to migrate between different platforms. With Kobo Toolbox, tools are multilingual and survey forms can be translated into hundreds of languages, making it easy to work with global teams.
ER provides 5 days of training on programming assessments / data collection tools in Kobo Toolbox. Moreover, ER provides training service for assessors on administering assessments and surveys designed with Kobo Toolbox.

Tangerine
Tangerine is an app designed to collect and analyze reading and math assessment data in primary schools, particularly in the early grades. It is suitable for low-income countries. It is used on mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones to measure literacy and numeracy among primary school students. Tangerine is used to administer instant assessment of school management effectiveness. Tangerine is also used for a wide variety of school surveillance surveys and observation instruments. It can be used offline. Tangerine is revolutionizing the landscape of educational assessment, data collection and teacher coaching.
ER provides 5 days of training on programming assessments / data collection tools with the application. Additionally, ER provides training service for data collectors on administering assessments and surveys designed with Tangerine. Training is based on RTI (Research Triangle Institute) International’s materials.

QGIS
QGIS is a free and open-source geographic information system for creating, editing, viewing, analyzing and publishing geospatial information on Windows, macOS, Linux, BSD and mobile devices. The system has the functionality to manage the spatial extension of PostgreSQL, PostGIS; support a large number of vector data formats (Shapefile, ArcInfo coverages, Mapinfo, GRASS GIS, etc.); and support a significant number of raster layer formats (GRASS GIS, GeoTIFF, TIFF, JPG, etc.).
One of the great strengths of QGIS is being able to use hundreds of geographic projection systems on the fly. QGIS has a real scripting engine based on Python, which allows you to create modules more simply than in C++, but also to build real applications. ER provides a training service on QGIS over a period of 5 days.

EGRA
EGRA (Early Grade Reading Assessment) is an assessment of fundamental reading skills. ER contributes to international efforts to improve literacy levels around the world, through activities to assess fundamental reading skills. From these evaluations, lessons and recommendations are drawn to improve learning results in reading. In addition, ER has designed and provides a 3-day training course on EGRA methodology, based on RTI materials. According to RTI (Research Triangle Institute) International, a basic level of literacy is the foundation children need to succeed in all areas of education. Children must first “learn to read” in order to be able to “read to learn.” For example, you need to know how to read to use a math book.

EGMA
The EGMA is an assessment of early mathematics learning, with an emphasis on number and operations. ER contributes to international efforts to improve numeracy skills in early years of learning around the world, through evaluations of fundamental numeracy skills. From these evaluations, lessons and recommendations are drawn to improve learning results in mathematics. A strong foundation in mathematics in the early years is crucial for success in mathematics in future years. ER has designed and provides a 3-day training on the EGMA methodology, based on materials from RTI (Research Triangle Institute) International.

ASER
ASER is a method for measuring the level of children/students in languages (reading, comprehension) and maths. ASER stands for Annual Status of Education Report. It is a simple and rigorous methodology adapted to the level of basic education. It allows assessing progress and level using simplified tests. The methodology is based on standardized assessment to compare learning outcomes across diverse categories of children and locations. It makes it possible to evaluate programming, teaching programs, teaching methods, etc. It provides data on student learning for advocacy, fundraising and reporting. ER has designed a 3-day training course on setting up and administering these tests, intended for evaluators.
