In this analysis, we study behaviours and performances in the search for temporary jobs in the field of data collection in Burundi, based on real applications for the pools of interviewers and data collection supervisors. We reveal the perceptions of applicants and the constraints encountered by age and gender. Through this report, we suggest recommendations for applicants, men, women and young people; employers; universities and other higher education institutions, which seek to promote youth integration into the labour market.
